Marijuana in South Carolina isn’t really a new thing, this state enacted marijuana tax stamps after prohibition and even legalized marijuana for medical purposes in the 1980’s. Most recently the state legalized CBD oil in 2014. Currently there is proposed legislation that would afford South Carolina residents up to two ounces of medical cannabis every 14 days. This is a miracle for some including those suffering with PTSD, Cancer, Lyme Disease, AIDS and more.

My Diary Part 2: Introducing Medical Marijuana to a Chronic Pain Sufferer
In this entry, it will show you the “night and day” difference between the same patient (ME 🙂 ) and using medical marijuana instead of opiates that did NOT work well for me. Instead of starting this diary entry at the evening time like Diary Entry #1 was started, I am able to start this at the beginning of the day because of the way that it affects me. Here it is without further introductions of what it is, a simple diary entry I wrote for myself before to remind me of the differences so that I don’t forget what an impact medical marijuana has on my body.
This is the start of the day
My Work ( Legalization of Marijuana in South Carolina)
Who Am I?
My name is Michael Fogarty. My work towards legalization of marijuana in South Carolina is the focus of my blogging here. I am no one in particular. I am an American citizen living currently in the state of South Carolina. I will write to you my history that has brought me to the point in my life to where I am now fighting for us all in South Carolina with the need for a better pain reliever, medical cure, and complete natural therapy that is grown from the Earth as God intended.
My Diary Part 1: Life of a Chronic Pain Sufferer
Day 1
Day one of this diary of the life of a chronic pain sufferer is the beginning of a journey between you and me that we will take together. It will be a journey of understanding, education and hopefully will bring to the forefront some compassion and change to the minds of those that did not see what happens to those that do have life long chronic pain. While it is easy to hear that someone suffers with chronic pain or that someone is a chronic pain sufferer, it isn’t always easy to put yourself in the other person’s shoes so to speak. With these diary entries in the next coming weeks, I hope to introduce to you, the readers, the insider’s point of view to being a chronic pain sufferer from someone that has been a chronic pain sufferer for over 28 long miserable painful years.
